Sorting of in-shell Macadamia (NIS)
The Multiscan S30TGM is a compact system specially designed for sorting of in-shell macadamia by external quality, color, size and shape. Thanks to its high versatility and efficiency, it allows multiple configurations of its sorting parameters to respond to the different needs of our customers. It is an ideal equipment to reduce labor and space required for machinery.
Equipped with SpinSort technology, it transports the fruit while producing a 360º turn, achieving a comprehensive inspection and detecting quality problems more efficiently with state-of-the-art vision technology.

In-shell and in-husk Macadamia sorting
The Multiscan M12NIS is a high capacity system specially designed for the sorting of macadamia with shell or husk (NIS / NIH) after the hulling process. Thanks to its advanced vision technology, it allows efficient sorting by color, identifying unwanted product or nuts for rework. With this solution, Macadamia processors will optimize their processes through a sorting of up to 3 outputs (good product, product with husk for reprocessing and rejects), reducing the need for labor and the space required for machinery.
